How much do wedding flowers cost?

The price of wedding flowers can vary depending on so many variables. No two weddings are the same, therefore it's not a one-size-fits-all approach. To give you a range, our wedding clients land between $4,000 - $15,000 with couples spending $9,000 on average.


How does this whole thing work?

We will take you through the booking journey as we discuss details on your event to create a proposal which reflects your vision. After your enquiry and questionnaire, we will create a quote. Once a contract is signed and a 20% deposit paid, your booking will be confirmed. We then complete a final run-through around 8wks prior to your wedding date to confirm details.


Can i add items after i'm booked in?

Absolutely. We understand that ideas change and inspiration grows as your wedding date comes closer (most couples book 6-18mths in advance). You're welcome to add items as you wish however no more than 10% can be deducted from the quote agreed upon in your contract.


What happens with COVID?

We understand it can be a little overwhelming navigating COVID and wedding planning. We're happy to move dates with you in the case of a postponement (subject to availability). Any changes will be amended on a new contract and signed by both parties. We wish to provide as much clarity for you during this time. 


How do flower selection work?

A final run-through will commence around 8wks prior to your wedding day. Through your online client portal, we'll send through a questionnaire with all the details from colour palettes & flower selections to times and addresses. It's here where you can add-on any items you wish and lock in final details. We'll then create a mood board in reference to the questionnaire so we both have a vision for the day. We can also jump on a quick call to chat through any details


Can i repurpose the ceremony flowers?

Potentially! It depends on the design, location, weather and other variables. It's quite specific to each wedding whether it's possible so just let us know when enquiring.


I'm after a really specific flower selection, is this ok?

We never promise our brides any particular flowers. We're working with mother nature and seasonal availability as well as market availability and importing issues. We would hate to disappoint you in the case we can't source the product. Instead, we encourage our clients to focus on an overall aesthetic - a vibe that you want your space to feel. We take into account your preferred flowers and do our best to source them. As the experts, we'd love to open your eyes into the world of flowers + design.


What happens to the flowers after the wedding?

You're welcome to take all of the flowers! Please do so prior to leaving the venue. Otherwise, we take everything as we pack down after the reception


Do you offer candles?

YES! We offer candles. White pillar candles of various sizes or fluted pillar candles with a beautiful texture. All candles come in glass sleeves for the safety of guests and rules by most venues. We highly recommend adding candles to your wedding. They make for a cosy and intimate setting.
