I get asked this question a lot - it seems so obvious right?

Here’s some points to note:

  • from delivery of the bouquets, to the ceremony, to photos (+ being placed down for pics without them), to the reception, finding their way into vases

It’s a bit of a journey. Sometimes they can look a little sad once they get into reception due to the high-touch component.

  • through this journey, the weather plays a HUGE role. If it’s high winds, rain or heat - this plays an impact.

  • they’ve done their job as bouquets. Wedding flowers are different to retail flowers as they have a high touch-point and a lot of time our of water.

  • they’re designed to be a bouquet - not a table arrangement. The shape, space, line, stem length etc are designed to make an impact as a held bouquet.

Although they will look beautiful placed in a vase - and i do recommend placing vases in reception to look at them, i don’t recommend they be THE table arrangements.

have table arrangements in themselves. add vases for the bouquets as an addition. don’t make them the star of the show

SEND this to a a bride who’s currently planning
