Make an enquiry through the form

We’ll send a link to book a zoom call to chat about options and create a dreamy design for the space. As well as a questionnaire to fill out prior to the call

We’ll send through pricing and design guidance
Step 4
To book with us we simply require a 30% non-refundable payment as well as a contract signed. (Note: this must be completed for us to hold your date).
The timeline
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a welcome email with some handy tips. You’re officially a Florals and Fika couple!
A final run-through will commence around 10wks prior to your big day. Keep an eye out in your emails to book a call and fill out the questionnaire we send through.
Once our call is completed, we will send through a final details sheet and a mood board bringing together all the juicy details
On your wedding day, we will drop off personals to you in the morning. We’ll then do our thing in ceremony and reception and come back afterwards to pack everything away.
